Experience that counts

I’ve had a career in the front seat learning the craft of strategic decision making in the New Zealand Defence Force, in the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet, as a Ministerial Private Secretary and in the United Nations Headquarters. I have spent the last 12 years as a strategic management consultant helping government, business, and not-for-profits make the decisions that shape their futures.

I have supported decisions across many sectors, including aerospace, border security, education, environment, health, IT, justice, primary industries, local and regional government, sport and transport.  I have also supported not-for-profits and charities.

I want to make a difference, not just in government agencies, but in applying the same expertise to support corporates and the small to medium enterprises that employ nearly a third of New Zealand’s workforce.

My approach is built on trusted navigation, calm leadership and an unwavering commitment to outcomes.
